We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, due to the international nature of shipping and the artisanal nature of many of our items, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing an order.
No Returns Accepted
We do not accept product returns under normal circumstances. Because our products ship internationally from Japan, the time, cost, and customs complexity involved in returns are substantial.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing an order.
Refunds (When Applicable)
We offer refunds only in specific cases, such as damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refund Procedure
- Contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue
- Include clear supporting photos:
- Photo of the outer packaging
- Photo of the entire item
- Close-up photo showing the damage or defect
- We will review your request and notify you of the outcome
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us again.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used knives or tools
- Customized or engraved products
- Perishable or consumable items
- Gift cards or discounted sale items
- Items not purchased directly from our official website
EU Customers
Although EU law provides for a 14-day cooling-off period, please note that our products are shipped from Japan and not from within the EU. Therefore, standard EU return procedures may not apply.
Knife Sharpening and Consulting Services
Refunds for services such as knife sharpening, menu creation, or culinary consulting are subject to individual agreements. Terms and cancellation policies will be provided prior to the start of the service.
