Refund Policy


Samurai Masterpieces accepts refunds after purchase but does not accept returns.

Below are the reasons why we do not accept returns.

  • All Samurai Masterpieces products are shipped by euro pico Inc, an affiliate of Huit e-commerce.
  • euro pico Inc is located in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.
  • Regarding shipping, all matters are managed by euro pico Inc. Considering the cost and time required to return items to Japan, we do not accept returns.

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@samuraimasterpieces.com. After contacting us via email, we will contact you with the way of refund.

If your refund is accepted, we will confirm the refund method. Please note that we do not accept returns and cannot be held responsible for fraudulent returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept returns of our products or products other than our products.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding returns or specific products, please feel free to contact us.

Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund from us and, if accepted, purchase a new item separately.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to refund your order within 14 days for any reason and without justifiable reasons. However, all our goods are shipped within the European Union from outside. Please note that.


Refund Policy
For product purchases, after receiving your refund request, we will begin reviewing the provided evidence, including product package images, full product images, and photos showing any damage. Please send these images as attachments to the email address we provide after you request a refund.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

For Menu Creation and Lecture Services
Refunds for Menu Creation Services and Lecture Services are subject to individual contract agreements. Terms and conditions related to refunds or cancellations for these services will be outlined and agreed upon in the contract before any service begins.
