Shipping Policy

At Samurai Masterpieces, we proudly offer free international shipping on all orders from Japan to Europe and the United States. While shipping is included in our product pricing, we partially cover the actual shipping cost to keep your total payment reasonable.
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your destination.
- For items requiring special handling or made-to-order craftsmanship, please allow an additional 5–7 business days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all countries across Europe and the United States. Popular destinations include France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Shipping to Asia, including Japan, is not available at this time.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is shipped.
- You can monitor the delivery status in real time using the tracking link provided.
Customs, VAT, and Import Fees
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.

Packaging & Shipping Damage
Each item is carefully inspected and packed to ensure safe delivery. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide photo documentation. We will assist with the claims process.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we can reship the item once additional shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Combined Shipping
To reduce packaging waste and environmental impact, we may combine multiple items into a single shipment.
