Sashimi Knife 300mm (11.8") – High-Grade Stainless Steel – Ebony Handle – One-of-a-Kind (Mirror Finish)
Grace and Reflection in Every Slice
This one-of-a-kind 300mm sashimi knife was hand-forged in Sakai and mirror-finished to a breathtaking sheen. In the classic Yanagiba style, it is designed to glide through raw fish in a single, uninterrupted motion—preserving texture, clarity, and integrity.
The blade is forged from a high-grade Japanese stainless steel, prized for its sharpness, rust resistance, and ease of maintenance. The ebony wood handle adds a sense of quiet luxury, grounding the blade with refined weight and balance.
This knife has been professionally sharpened and was used for visual production during a photo shoot. It has not been used for food preparation.
The wooden box was purchased directly from the craftsman. It may show minor scuffs or imperfections from handling and storage.
