Sashimi Knife 270mm (10.6") – High-Grade Stainless Steel – Natural Wood Handle – One-of-a-Kind (Yanagiba Style)
Elegant Simplicity for the Purest Cut
This one-of-a-kind 270mm sashimi knife is forged in the Yanagiba style—designed to produce clean, uninterrupted slices of sashimi with grace and clarity. Hand-forged in Sakai, the slim single-bevel blade glides through fish fibers without bruising or tearing.
The blade is crafted from a high-grade Japanese stainless steel, celebrated for its sharpness, rust resistance, and ease of maintenance. Its natural wood handle provides lightweight control and understated elegance.
This knife has been professionally sharpened and was used during a photo shoot. It has not been used for food preparation.
The wooden box was sourced directly from the craftsman and may show minor scuffs or handling marks.
