Sashimi Knife 300mm (11.8") – Blue Steel – Natural Wood Handle – One-of-a-Kind (Fugubiki Style)
Translucent Precision for the Finest Slices
This one-of-a-kind 300mm sashimi knife is forged in the rare Fugubiki style, crafted to slice pufferfish (fugu) into impossibly thin, transparent pieces. Hand-forged in Sakai, the ultra-thin single-bevel blade delivers breathtaking delicacy with extraordinary control.
The blade is made from Blue Steel, renowned for its edge clarity and long-lasting sharpness. The natural wood handle keeps the knife light and agile in the hand, ensuring control over each precise movement.
This knife has been professionally sharpened and was used in a professional photo shoot. It has not been used in kitchen preparation.
The wooden box was sourced directly from the craftsman. It may show minor imperfections or surface scuffs from transport and storage.
