Sashimi Knife 300mm (11.8") – High-Grade Stainless Steel – Magnolia Wood Handle – One-of-a-Kind (Takobiki Style, Mirror Finish)
Linear Elegance, Mirror-Finished for Mastery
This one-of-a-kind 300mm sashimi knife is crafted in the distinctive Takobiki style—a straight-edged variation of the Yanagiba, ideal for slicing octopus, squid, and other dense seafood with precision and poise. Hand-forged in Sakai, it features a brilliant mirror-polished finish that reflects craftsmanship in every sense.
The blade is forged from a high-grade Japanese stainless steel, known for its sharpness, rust resistance, and ease of care. The magnolia wood handle offers a natural balance and comfortable grip, making it ideal for deliberate, clean cuts.
This knife has been professionally sharpened and was used in a visual production during a photo shoot. It has not been used for food preparation.
The wooden box was purchased directly from the craftsman. It may show minor scuffs or marks from storage and handling.
