The paulownia tray (36 × 25 × H0.9 cm / 14.2" × 9.8" × 0.35") features a naturally textured surface that enhances contrast and grounds each course in minimal elegance. Its feather-light body is ideal for both plating and serving.

Complementing the tray is a pair of black wood chopsticks (dishwasher safe, 23 cm / 9.1") with anti-slip tips for precision, and a ceramic rectangular rest (6.5 × 2 × H1.7 cm / 2.6" × 0.8" × 0.7") in a plum-black glaze — balancing function with form.
